The car had, only 1500 miles on the clock, so was brand new. It met all of our requirements for the holiday we used it for, it was a really nice car.
The car was delivered to my door by a friendly team, within a couple of days of my own car being written off. And, again, at the end of the hire period, the car was collected by two friendly staff.
The service was hustle-free from start to finish.
Just one niggle. I chose to pay a £60 damage waiver and no damage occurred, then I wished I had saved my money.
