Went through worst time of my life after been victim in a car accident completely lost all hope in life as my car was a total loss and never thought id get back on road, as soon as albany got in touch with me about a hire car it was fantastic helpful all the way through the car waa delivered on time when they said it would...like for like car brought to me...constantly kept me up to date with emails and letters to.let me know what was happening with my claim...always there on phine whenever needed really thoughtful staff and understanding could not fault them at all...if you ever need a hire car go to these!! Thanks for everything
