I have been with ageas insurance for three years , quote was cheap hence took it . However real trouble started when I had recently accident . A third party hit my while undertaking my car clearly their fault .
When I asked them to process my claim they asked my driving license and logbook which i provided . Then they asked me more proof of address which I also provided . After that they said it seemed that I live differnet address to where my car is insured . They demanded a tenancy agreement . I have been living at the address since 2009 . Old tenancy agreement was expired and I can't used that either .provided all the doc as a proof of address but my claim still on hold for over two months . They never even approach third party .
My insurance is coming to end now however I had 12 years no claim bounus when they calculated after considering that accident they gave me only two years no claim discount (from 12 years to two )
