Avoid at all cost, totally incompetent staff with limited knowledge. 20 months in & claim still awaiting settlement. Ageas not acting in the clients/claimants best interest and appear to be more supportive of or, acting on behalf of the other party??!!! Bullyish in their approach, deplorabke communication skills both written & oral! Awful experience throughout, can not think of any positives!

Couldn't agree more. I had video evidence of my collision, which showed the other party was at least 80% to blame. This was the opinion of a huge number of members on a Facebook page I run, which has 20,000 members, and legal professionals I shared the footage with.
Ageas refused to fight my corner, and actually acted on behalf of the other party and in their interests. Horrendous company.
