I got a van insurance for business with Ageas through Swinton without even knowing that they use Ageas as underwriter.

Ageas or Swinton got our money but failed to send us the insurance certificate, cover note, terms and conditions and the policy schedule. It refused to ad additional drivers to my business policy despite we paid them ALL their fees. We have lost not small money because of them but guess the Ageas troll now wants even more.

In just a few words if you have a business that requires your employees to swap behind the wheel steer clear of Ageas.
