Had an accident and other driver admitted liability. When I rang up they said the accident was my fault. They wrote to me 20 days after the accident to ask me for more information, which I sent recorded delivery. I have now had a letter saying they are cancelling my insurance!!! I am still waiting for my excess to be returned. I wrote and complained about the lack of support but they haven't answered it. I wish I had read reviews before I took out the insurance. They even have a copy of the letter the other driver's insurance company sent admitting liability.
