Refurbished replacements

I have never claimed on my home insurance I have the full package which does cost more than others having claimed for an accident for a tv I was put through to another company who the took my money for excess sbs insurance then sent a van out when they were available? Then they go and write a report then give me a day when a new tv can be delivered? Then a van delivered a tv upon looking at the box it was not sealed and was damaged more than the tv I had claimed? A second hand tv if I wanted second hand goods then I would not need the level of cover that I pay I have phoned several company's who sell the tv and they can all deliver the next day.where does ageas get there products from! Well I now have 2 tvs that are broken and still waiting after taking a day off work also there are 3 companies involved and I still have no tv can't afford a new tv as they have taken my cash for excess payment just glad it is only a small claim.
