I rang them up for a quote for house insurance. The guy on the phone was not very knowledgeable at all. I decided to go ahead. When I received the paperwork the quoted fee had been upped by £5 and the money taken from my bank.
There were 3 items in the policy I didn't agree with apart from the price.
The house insurance didn't cover accidental damage! Only intentional damage?
There were a couple of items where they hadn't even asked me about and they had assumed the answer.
So I rand them up before the policy started to cancel. They denied adding £5 to the quoted price. Said I must have misheard. I decided to cancel anyway as I didn't like their attitude. They charged me £45 and said I had been told that they would charge that amount if cancelled but they didn't!
Will never use again and recommend DO NOT USE ADRIAN FLUX!!!!!!!!
