Awful!!! Really gone down hill in last two years :(

I had been a customer of Adrian Flux for at least 10 years, but the last 2 have been really awful so moved to another company. Having 3 classic cars with them for many years I would have thought I was a valued customer! Last year it took me over a month to get any paperwork through for 1 vehicle and over 2 weeks for another, after lots of calls and emails they eventually sent them to me after asking them for some form of compensation (which I never got)as I was unable to drive either car until I knew it was insured in writing and not on their word of mouth! As my last classic car insurance was due to expire this month I emailed just over 2 weeks in advance to say I wouldn't be insuring with them, had conformation saying it will expire, but today they have taken out the money & sent me all my paperwork & thanking me for being with them for another year! They do offer price match, but always ended up being boosted up again with agreed value, the new company was happy to match their quote & got discount as more then 1 car insured! Sorry but I wont be using them again!!!
