I really wanted to renew my agreed insurance for my land rover defender with Adrian Flux but was out of the country at the time and unable to provide photos.
Despite sending 3 emails i never got one reply dealing with my issue only reminders that my insurance was due.
It seems as if AF are more concerned with collecting payment than supporting their existing customers.
