took out insuarance way before my renewal date incase of any issues so they would be sorted before. Sent all paper work as requested was all fine three weeks later apparently a bit of paper work wasnt sufficent enough although the witch on the phone said "oh yh its fine" a week later get a cancellation letter called adn resolved it the new year came heard nothing two days before my insurance is due to be collected get another email saing its going to be cancelled called, to be told no we have no records let me double check, so she double checks and says "yes we are cancelling it the paper work wasnt right we accept everyones elses just yours were not taking" so i said and how does that make sense so she quickly changed the story and claims the underwitters claimed that. Now i am being told i owe them money although there trying to take a full months payment for 7 days, I apprently owe £200 but yet they wont let me speak to a manger or explain how I would owe them money, ive paid for aditional extra which I was told was part of the ploicy at no extra cost which is non refundable.
So now I have no insurance and no explination, dont let there cheap prices fall you there a complete sham.
how have i ended up paying more than my premuim ?
