The worst insurance company ever. Switching from social, domestic to occasional trip to the works car park meant almost 200 quid extra halfway through the policy. Switching from 1 car to another in the same group resulted in a demand for a similar amount half way through the policy which, when I caused a fuss, got reduced to under a hundred pounds ( still too much ), so why the initial demand ? Each and every small amendment to the policy elicits a request for 30 or 40 quid and if you chose limited mileage they harass you every 3 or 4 weeks for a picture of your mileage display and lose the picture they send you resulting in more requests.
Best of all.... they automatically renew your policy and take payment without permission and charge about 50 % more than comparable quotes, are rude when you query what they have done, then tell you they are retaining nearly 40 quid from the refund they grudgingly agree to for service charge ( on a product they sell you without your consent ! )
If you want a full time job communicating with these people over trivial nonsense go right ahead. Otherwise AVOID, AVOID, AVOID !!!!!!
