“RIPING company instead of car insurance company”

They charge me with a £600 cancellation fee when they actually did the cancellation themselves. I am taking it to the FSC.. They need to be treated as a RIPING company instead of a car insurance company... From £600 they come to a £321 for unreasonable charges.. I talked to 4-5 different people with a 4-5 different figures. They r all very unprofessional including the managers who don't even a clue about how they charge people..
