“Never ever use Adrian Flux. Ever.”

Adrian Flux renewed my policy without telling me. I had informed them that I had no internet access, yet still only sent me emails - which I couldn't receive.
They phoned wanting payment of £ 280 for the year and refused to accept that the money was not due. They threatend me with debt collector action if I didn't pay their cancellation charge of £184 for two weeks insurance.
I had to pay as I couldn't afford their escallating fees.
I am going to complain to the FSA and try to get my money back, but I doubt I'll be sucessful. They are too used to ripping people off and knowing all the loop holes to get people's hard earned cash.
Watch out for their terrible cancellation charges, some folks have been charged more to cancel then it costs to keep the insurance going for the year.
My best advice to anyone is NEVER EVER USE ADRIAN FLUX. EVER.
Also I gave one star only because I couldn't leave it blank.

This is the same as myself, i wrote a review on here, have a look, but mine was for 6 days, and over £400 cancellation, now going to debt collectors
