I have resently taken out car insurance with your company. I received an email saying 'you will be in touch ' if you require proof of no claims discount? Nobody has been in contact with me until today via email. The email says if I do not provide proof of no claims in the next 7 days my insurance premium will change as no claims will go to zero years? If you actually asked me for this information I would of happily given it you! I have now emailed this information. Tbh I'm not happy with this. Not a very good start.
