Was doing the policy online and had to phone up as one of the named drivers had a speeding fine. Chap was very helpful and offered to quote to include my partners car, not due for renewal for several months. I said I only wanted a quote several times and he said yes and I would get a discount on my policy. I thought he meant I would get a discount just for getting a quote. I was very happy with the price and went ahead. It wasn't until I got a confirmation e mail and went online that I realised he had included the other car! I had to phone customer services the next day who were excellent and removed the other car before I was charged for it. It did take a while for the confirmation e mails to get through and I didn't like that the other car was added so hence a 4 not 5 stars
