i found elephant ins that is part of admiral car insurance to be very helpful as I expected they wrote the car off and made a offer after a week that was the glasses guide price less the excess they also kept me upto date with the claim and once we agreed a pay out they did a bacs payment within 2 days allowing me to buy a newcar the only fault I cauld find was after the accident they cancelled my policy and I had to pay £65 to reinstate the policy
