I took out house and contents insurance with admiral which ended in march this year.admiral e-mailed a renewal quote which was higher than others I had sourced.I didn't renew and went elsewhere. The policy with admiral lapsed...then the trouble started...I have been bombarded with e-mails and letters claiming either £58 or £0.00 and if I don't pay then the matter will go to a debt collection agency with added cost.having spoke to admirals 'customer services' on a premium rate number I was told 'tough, there is nothing I or anybody else can do about it '
