got a multi car policy one car total loss admiral holding other driver 100% at fault but wont release £650 excess. bought another car they reopened the closed policy to add new car and over charged they tell me they did not close the policy even though I have three letters from them advising this. the customer service is appalling and after using go compare they are far far cheaper than Admiral multi car save your money and use go compare
