After 35 years of insuring cars fully comp I have never once heard of not having the benefit of driving other cars. After numerous phone calls and numerous poor excuses I am told that because I drive a van for a living on my companies insurance I work in the motor trade?????
Fully comp does not mean fully comp here...It means comprehensive with restrictions
I wait 3 days for a call from customer services still no call!!!
The claims dept is worse...if you have to make a claim be prepared for a long long drawn out argument where they will tell you your car is worth a fraction of its value...Still trying to resolve the matter. My advantage is I don't care how long it takes, its not about the money now its the principle.
They play on others not being in this position.
Avoid Admiral at all costs, its really not worth it
