If you think you are going to speak to someone who is personable think again. You are put through to a call centre in India and the staff sound like they are reading from a script. A call which should be five minutes takes ten minutes because they have to complete their line of script before you can move on. Whilst what they say is polite it's as though they don't know what they are saying. I cannot wait for my policy to end so I can use an insurance company that have UK on based call centres.
