Ive found Admiral make too many 'mistakes'
They wont give you a freephone number - who do you call when they have made a mistake?
One letter had the breakdown number on when it should have been customer services.
My renewel had an additonal driver added on twice with different sepllings of the persons name? = twice the price
I rang to cancel auto renewal and advised did not want to renwew, next week recieved a letter saying thankyou for renewing. Rang again and they said it had already been cancelled? I asked for confirmation Email - never received this. Then they sent me a letter saying i needed to return a slip in the freepost envelope to confirm i definatley wanted to cancel. There was no freepost envelope. So i rang back, no way was i going to pay for a telephone call so i rang the emergency response number and they eventually transferred me, but would not give me the 0800 number.
What was stopping them from saying they never received the slip even once ive posted it?
Eventually my sister rang to cancel her insruance with them too and they sent ME an Email saying i'd cancelled, when it was her this time!!
They just want money. Hence the expensive costs to obtain freepost address. They saved on envelope cost there too! Con artists.
