Missed a payment and then after having a conversation with Asian incoherent prat for over 30 minutes was informed that i have to pay the remaining amount of my insurance policy in full. This was also topped with the fact that i asked to speak to someone else and they put another Asian person on the phone whose English was again limited!!!! HOW IS SOMEONE MEANT TO AFFORD TO PAY 800 POUNDS IN FULL??? What makes it worse is that they obviously are aware that I have always paid my insurance on time as I have used them for years.

hi today i got car insurance with admiral and rather than making it month instalmeants they have took the annual paymeant, i called up today and they said i will be refunded the money 3 working days from weds 110 % has anyone been in this pos?
