Good - the lady who phoned me back was very helpful and understood my concerns.
The bad - their price for multi-car insurance was more expensive than 2 cars doing separate policies.This should be looked at by their ombudsman. How can they claim to give a discount that a new business proposal outweighs and is cheaper?
The ugly - after going back on compare sites was still given a cheaper quote for single car insurance,but when tried to access it was informed my details could not be retrieved.
In short, I like to receive discount for bringing more than one car to you on one easy manageable payment,as opposed to two separate policies.This creates double the paperwork and more time consumed by your staff.
