Was with them for about 8 years. Each year I was sent a sky high renewal and then had to negotiate it down. Question: Why not just send the cheaper quote first? Answer: To try to trick the old and uninformed (those who have no idea the price is negotiable) into paying too much.
Also raise your premium for non fault claims and even non fault reports of accident even if no claim involved.
Totally rubbish company that you should steer well clear of.
