Would never EVER use again. Started off great to be fair and when someone kindly scraped my car who was also insured with Admiral, they had it sorted within a couple of hours. I obviously claimed on the other party’s insurance as it was not in any way my fault so it should have had no effect on mine……oh how wrong was i????!!!! When my renewal came through they wanted and extra £250 because I had a no fault claim. I argued with them SAYING how could they penalise me when it wasn’t even my fault and they said ‘statistically’ I’m more at risk of making another claim in a short space of time now I have claimed on someone else’s insurance! What a load of BS. I even have 8 year protected no claims!!! Their ‘admin’ fee is a complete joke - £35 for pretty much any small amendment and they try everything, particularly your job role, to squeeze more money out of you. Then when I checked THREE times to make sure they had taken the last payment and confirmed I didn’t owe anything, the nasty letters started saying I owed them…..yep… £35 admin fee for something which THEY didn’t even know what for. After a few nasty letters back they apologised and said that I didn’t owe anything after all! My advice would be to stay away from this lot. They are unbelievable.
