After checking the comparison website's Admiral came up cheapest, the male assistant i spoke to this morning went through the level of cover i wanted (fully comp).
He then said why do you want fully comp and tried to sale me third party cover then wanted me to take out personal injury cover and hire car cover?
When there was only £30 difference between the two levels of covers i decided to stick with fully comp inc windscreen cover.
(Third party doesn't)
When i said i didnt want to pay for the hire car and personal cover, he then questioned me how am i going to get around with no hire car UM i think that's my business.
And have you got personal cover elsewhere.
I didn't like the sound of the telephone going on to loud speaker or someone else listening in our converstation and him sniggering when he came back on the line.
As your customer assistant's are on the first person the public speak to representing your company,your assistant came across patronising and cocky.
He put me right off and ended putting the phone down on him.
I would rather pay the etc and stay with a company who know what service is.
