Tried to take out AA insurance through compare the market and the quote which included breakdown and legal assistance etc was a good price. Had to phone to pay, whereupon, AFTER she had taken my card details and I had paid, the operator said the quote didn't include breakdown at all. Absolutely outrageous. An hour of my life wasted and they keep my money for 5 days before reimbursing.
