I bought the breakdown cover in Summer 2016 with the hope that I will never have to use any breakdown help, but it did happen in Jan2017.
Well, what to say about customer service when you never get through to the customer service. I rang about 5 times in the space of about 3 hours from 9am to 12am and waited from between 10min to 30min in each call but all I got was .. "thank you for holding" non-sense.
Luckily I was near home; but imagine if I was at a place away from home, in cold and with children crying in the back seat and someone whinging in the passenger seat.
So I would never recommend these guys to anyone and even though a lot of time is still left in my cover, I am still going to buy a more reputable company's cover now.
