I have just been on their website, having read good references about them. After filling in extremely lengthy online form (can't remember filling in such lengthy car insurance online form, ever!), one of the last questions was "had to pay higher insurance due to adverse experience?" I said yes (Most people would say yes) since due to 3 points on my license (once in 29 years of my driving!), the answer would be yes.
The response was, "cannot proceed".

Time waster. I hope such indifference to other people's precious time does not bear reflection on this company's dealings.
