The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life

Not had insurance with this muppets for over 2 years yet they still decided to take over £300 from one of my accounts in March this year and £30 from another account in April. Refunded both times after no end of phone calls onlt to send me 2 letters over the past 2 months demanding £30 and more recently £274. Yet again I waste my time and money calling them to explain I haven't had car insurance with them in over 2 years (hence the 2 previous refunds) yet they are standing firm that I owe the money and are threatening to send debt collectors.
I haven't even had an accident whilst insured with these idiots yet they are still by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with and I'm not even joking. I have had accidents in the past and had no problems with insurance companies in general, thank God that never happened whilst insured with the jokers, I hate to think what would have happened.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND JUST PAY THE EXTRA £20 TO GO WITH A PROPER INSURANCE COMPANY!
