Went to insure my 2011 Focus, not an expensive car at all.
Quote was ok but then the emails started to come in asking
for all sorts of documents from 15 years ago, none of these
have ever been requested by any other insurer...

After much emailing, spending time wasted on hold, talking
to staff who really had no idea I decided to cancel my insurance
with them after less than 1 month. Oh, the hassle that caused !!!

Now I'm geting demanding, almost threatening letters insisting
that I pay £160, which is almost a years premium.

3 words for you: Avoid, Avoid, Avoid...
