I organised and paid an annual fee for my Insurance cover.
However,your company created the Insurance certificate with the wrong start date for my policy. I called and alerted you- I was told to create a new policy and pay twice!When I pointed out it was your error ,you informed me you would investigate and get back to me, within 2 days, that was 7 days ago.
My Insurance expires TOMORROW and I am yet to hear from you other than an email requesting my feedback!
This level of service is appalling, leaving me on the eve of my insurance expiring,hundreds of pounds paid to you and no contact from you whatsoever.I am at risk of having NO car Insurance tomorrow and I must use my car to get to work.
I feel compelled to contact the Ombudsman regarding this situation and at this present moment in time would actively deter anyone from using your company- certainly NOT recommending you.
