I received an offer to return to 1st central offering a 35 pound discount and a dashcam. I took up their offer and bought car insurance for next year. Since then I have emailed them twice asking when do I receive the discount as it was not shown anywhere on the quote. I also asked about the dashcam as I don't know what I have to do to get that. The company keep sending me emails offering me the same original offer despite the fact that I have purchased the insurance already. Very confusing and slightly worrying as I am not sure if I will be covered come the renewal date. I did answer an email this afternoon about the dashcam but rather than confirm my submission, I was diverted to some sort of survey, which I have no desire to sign up to. It is just all over the place and not very reassuring.
