Getting the quote takes time on CTM, and then the sales call to agree the purchase took 23 minutes of talk-time. That is too long, way too long for a straightforward sale where someone wants to buy the policy. I appreciate that there are a lot of statements the sales people need to make for legal requirements but the whole thing just went on for too long, plus some of the information I was being provided with was spurious (such as legal expenses getting excess back after a fault accident). Also, the policy started two days ago and I am yet to receive any paperwork. Your price was nice and low, but the process seems inefficient.
