Chose to take out a new policy with 1st Central rather than renew as the new policy was a lot cheaper...sorted on phone although had to ring back to amend a minor detail which took another 20 mins on the phone after going through the millions of options on automated system. Once sorted, the money went out of my bank and I was assurd I would have my confirmation email and welcome pack within 24 hours. Waited 3 days then rang, went through the same process again of lots of options and was then assured it would be with me...within 24 hours. I still don't have any details of my policy and am facing having to call...again.
