Nearing the end of my first policy with 1st Central. Have changed cars a couple of times and they've been nothing but extremely helpful. Happy to pay the small admin fee as they do all the work for you. Requested a call back I got it within 5 minutes so saving on the cost of a phone call. Call centres seem to be based in the uk which is always a bonus nowadays. The customer service team helped me and was fantastic at sorting out a car change for me and explained everything properly. Will without doubt be renewing my policy with them.
