I'm still on my provisional licence and have my insurance with first central. My car had a fault with the handbrake and rolled into my neighbors car and dented their door, no one was in either cars and it was a complete accident, and a mechanical fault. First central put me at ease and sorted it all out for me getting my nieghbors car sorted right away. (Luckily mine was fine) really pleased I am with this company, still havnt passed yet so had no clue how it all works but the staff on the phone were extremely helpful. Fingers crossed my insurance won't go up too much for when I pass :/
