terrible, just terrible

when first insuring my car with 1st central i couldnt say a bad word, but after today I am livid. after moving homes I called them to make a change to my details, only to be told that this would cost me an additional £533! they say I have moved to an 'at risk' area (a quiet little street in a nice area with off road parking, from my previous address which was on a very busy main road parked on the street) with no option but to pay this ridiculous sum without loosing my years no claims, I asked for this payment to be spread across the remainder of my policy, only to find out my payments are over 10 months not 12, which I was not aware of, so my next 2 payments will be nearly £500. all this for my 2002 clio which is worth £300-500 tops!!!! the customer service was terrible, he was rude, they passed me around departments costing me a fortune on my telephone bill no doubt. I would not recommend this company and will be leaving as soon as my years no claims is secured!!!!
