I waited in a long que today, which began to build my stress, Thank god for the friendly greeting and instant apologetic answer to my call. I have been with this company for 3 years now. Customer services is always fast and helpful,i changed my address and car within 3 minute. When i changed my home insurance the call was answered instantly but telling them the change of details took 45 minutes. The lady even gave me a call back in the afternoon to confirm my new certificate had been sent to my email address, which it was.
