All went well quick, efficient service, I was given a larger car than I requested, not something I would have chosen to drive but it worked out great. It was tight to get out of my parking space, not all parking was tight. The staff were on the ball and noticed and came immediately out and moved a car to help me Very good location and quick pickup

I have used this website several times ehen renting cars un denmark.The service is very good in this country. I have used the same website in some holiday destinations in Other countries, in Ibiza , Canary Islands, Menorca....and in these holiday destinations be careful with the hidden expenses(mainly fuel) That is the policy of the actual car hire company, not the website...but do double check their fuel policy first

Easy to book. Nice car. Good service. The car was almost brand new and I had no issues whatsoever with it. I would definitely use the same car rental again.

Pretty satisfied with it overall. Great way of comparing prices and getting a good deal. Only down sides are that excesses are ridiculously high and charges for any fines etc. are crazy! Also check the actual location of the hire car company - we ended up having to catch a taxi to what we thought was an airport pick up...

My recent car rental with eRentals was by far the best rental experience I’ve ever had (in over 40 years)! From my initial booking through ERentals, onto Alamo, and then to Enterprise, I received nothing but excellent customer service. The young man at the Heathrow Terminal 2 reception desk could not have been more pleasant; likewise the young lady at the vehicle pick-up point. Drop-off upon return was equally pleasant. The “out/in” process was also extremely efficient. To cap it all, the price was unbeatable! Well done to the whole team. I would have no hesitation in using Enterprise again, and will also be recommending Enterprise to my friends.

Car hire firms in torrevieja are now offering free baby seats with each rental.The cost of renting two baby seats from our car hire company was 94 euro where as Ryan air did a deal of 30euro return for the two baby seats but as you can imagine this was a huge inconvenience.Even though the service and car we got were exceptional we would have to search for a car hire rental that does not charge for baby seats.

Our flight to Larnaca arrived early so we were relieved to find a Hire Companies Rep willing to help even though he wasn't there to meet us. He took us on a 10 minute drive to the Car Hire Depot where we had to wait 3/4 of an hour to complete the paperwork because there was only one person dealing with it all. In fact it was quite chaotic because returns were arriving all the time too.Eventually we were supplied with the Ford Focus hatchback that we had ordered and off we went. The vehicle performed well despite being 3 years old, and our 4 large cases just fitted into the rear compartment. It's return to the Depot was much more straightforward and we were soon delivered to the Airport for our flight home.

Very satisfied with car hire, received a brand new peugeot (not expected). The car was excellent, air conditioned. The service all round was very good, would use again and recommend to family and friends.

Picked up an old beat up Ford Focus from Malaga Airport with 130000 on the clock. The car should have been a Focus C Max. The driver didnt have one. He took 490 euros for deposit and fuel. He gave me a blank contract that states a Ford Focus C Max The extreme smell of diesel caused distress to my pregnant girlfriend and 5 year old son that when the smell didnt go away or stop we were forced to request a refund. This was agreed and I would get a refund and the cost of an alternative with another company. The car was taken back to airport where no deposit refund was given. I then went to 6t who gave me a smart clean fragrant Meriva with Bluetooth. After 2 weeks I have still not had refund as above or return of deposit or return of unused fuel. Almost 30 - 40 emails. SERVICE, PRODUCT AND HELP.... THE WORD WAS REMOVED Nice car with Sixt wasnt anymore expensive. Dont ruin your holiday. !!!!!!

From booking online to the last day of our holiday, we didn't have a hitch! We were met at the airport on time, given a warm welcome to Kos.. And were on our way with in 20 minutes. The car was clean tidy an well cared for. I will not hesitate in using and recommending the company to friends and family.

Arranged and collected our car at 4am - and this was managed by a local Herts employee...all good and professionally managed. Collection & drop off were fine and as agreed. On our return however, I did hear of someone who had to wait 2 hours for collection of their vehicle...... The car we had was pretty old - had done in excess of 100K KM but was mechanically sound and no problem at all. All in all a good experience and would recommend.

car was great tho' not what we expected. would prefer to know the actual model. was annoyed at need to return it empty as inevitably you don't want to risk it and end up paying loads extra fuel.

All the other companies were asking between $100 to $150 per day for a one way trip San-Fransico to LA but this company found the best deal, I paid a total of $39 per day.

The erentals part of the procedure went fine. The problem was when I got to Citer/Enterprise desk at Toulouse; I had booked in April, this was July and they had drop off point as Rodez, not Beziers airport and told me it wasn't possible to drop off the car there. It took 30 minutes to sort this out; they said I could leave car at Monpellier but I pointe dout that this was several hours from the airport (and no public transport link to my knowledge). In the end they made a phone call and said it would be OK. Not given any info about where to leave car and when we got to Beziers 8 days later, there is a place to leave car and marked bays, though not given code to raise barrier so had to ask passing motorist. No one on desk but there was an enterprise desk, so why I was told I couldn't drop off car there is a mystery. Unpleasant start to holiday
