I canceled a rental I had 2 weeks ago. After I still did not receive the refund back I called their center. There I was told they have an issue with their card company and they are unable to issue back refunds through the credit card. They want my full bank account details to do this!! They didn't inform me of the problem until I contacted them and now they want my bank details? REALLY? Do not rent from them, THEY CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED RENTALS SINCE APRIL THIS YEAR. Not worth the cheaper price and now I have to dispute this with my credit card company.
