I booked my hire car through Zest for the first time. I have to say the booking experience was straight forward and uncomplicated. The insurance choices were well explained. The car itself was presented in excellent state of cleanliness etc. However, the model (KIA SEED)presented an issue when driving in bright sunlight as the dash reflected on the inside of the windscreen causing difficulty seeing the road ahead. Overall service excellent. I wouldn't accept the model of car in future.
