Hello, I had a problem with the payment of my reservation. After a short conversation with the support team, I received other way to proceed the payment. So after two minutes I had booking for my car. Recommend strongly VIP car rental!

Yesterday I made a reservation and didn't receive the confirmation of it. I contacted you through the chat and was attended to. She was very helpfull as she detected the mistake I made by including a different letter in my email address. She immediately sent me the voucher where I could see the error and afterwards sent the information to the supplier to make the correction and also made me to review the rest of the data to confirm that all else was correct. She was also very nice in the way she manage the situation. I am used to recognize the people when they provide a good service and deserve to mention it. Thanks.

Found the hire desk no problem well signed in airport (Schiphol) ,staff were so friendly and helpful.Car was spot on for our needs added bonus of satnav. Would highly recommend ????????

We were met at stone town airport in zanzibar on time drivers permit had alreasy been bought at no extra cost to us all paper work was signed iff v quickly no queueing or hidden extra costs highly recommend this company

Railway strike in Spain but had to go from Sevilla to Malaga: Best solution: take a rental car from via VIP Cars. all good - nearly 40 km on the highway: farmer strike in Spain = highway blocked. Due to the navigation system and good (fast ;-) ) car AND the in-time transfer from return station to airport: was still at gate 5 min before closing Puh - lucky me and that on a Friday in a foreign country. Pick-up, return, after rent service, .. : all ok !

Had to cancel car hire as dates changed - contacted and offered alternative dates at similar cost - very helpful service which saved us time and effort rebooking. Thanks for the followup call

Hello, I made a reservation with VIP Cars for a car, I made a payment and received a confirmation email. The next day VIP Cars sent me another email saying that the car I reserved was not available and they have a new option to me, more expensive. So I've called the to cancel the reservation and spoke with Roman Padilla. Roman was very professional, polite and help me a lot! He provided a solution and resolved my problem rapidly. On arrival for pick up at the airport (with a 2 year old baby) we discovered that the rental company, Enterprise, simply did not have our car. While Enterprise obviously made no charges, VIP refused to refund the payment we made at the time of the booking. Absolutely disgraceful! Don't book with them as you have no guarantee if your car will be available, and if you made advance payment then they will not refund it even if you don't get your car.
