Pick up wait too long

Totally my 80 years old parents and I had waited for more than 1 hour at late night time for picking uo my renting car!! This is not normal and unacceptable!!

WE were arrived to Burgas Airport, Bulgaria in the 6., May, 2017 and supposed to pick up a car I had booked. Flight was arrived at 9:40 PM and we were out of passport control 10PM luckily. We found Top Rent A car right away. It took us only 15 minutes for ID registration. The man was polite and fine in English.

Then he asked me to go out of the airport alone to the parking lot about 150 meters away for pick up. With dark and raining weather, I tried 2 times without sucess finding my car. With confusing, I returned and asked for if my car can be delivered in front of the arrival hall which had no traffic at all!

It was another 20 minutes!

What I meant is, delivered car directly to the customer or simply go with me together for pick up is a standard way in many other places. Think about it for yourself with effective methods for easier pick up on the behalf of the customers.

Nethertheless, the car itself was good as what I had booked and cleaned! It took me only 10 minutes for delivery at the same place 0ne week later was a plus, plus!!
