Top Rent-A-Car provides good service and have a nice fleet with modern cars. Their prices are lower than Hertz or Europcar which makes the deal more attractive.

At Sofia Airport, they provide a free shuttle service to their office, which is just outside the airport. Their office is easy reachable and the cars they provide are always clean. I have used their services 3 times already and I am truly satisfied with this company.
