They tried to keep my excess deposit for damage to the car we had not caused.
After much protesting they re looked at their records and finally agreed that we had in fact not caused the damage.
No apology just a refund given in a a disgruntled manner.
This was a stressful experience,
very poor customer care.
I have hired cars all over the world and never had a Car hire company act like this before.
They seemed intent on finding some forms of minor damage to the vehicle even stone chips.
