Smooth renting

After checking the website thru a comparison service, and reading a good number of reviews on their own website (like this one), I decided to take my chances with this rental company, having had some (usually satisfactory) experiences in Bulgaria (while being some sort of expat in Bulgaria).
After being picked up from the airport (actually, the Metro station there from the centre of Sofia) the guy at the desk explained me what we agreed and dealt with me explaining how I understood the services, all not too hastily. I opted for one of the insurances, my own choice knowing the conditions of the (local) Bulgarian roads and my trip in mind. After paying for the deposit and my rental days, we checked the car for existing dents and bumps. This went well.
After returning the car, the check was done again, without any hassle or pressure or whatsoever. After releasing the deposit, I was brought to the Metro station at the airport again. No problem again. Still, you have to be careful in Bulgaria; issues and damages are more likely then in Western Europe mainly because of the road conditions.
