My rental car was very slightly vandalised (paintwork scratched). I mentioned this to the attendant when I gave the car back. I later discovered that 890€ had been taken off my credit card by Thrifty, Morocco without any email or communication of any sort.

One week after reclaiming still have no answer nor even acknowledgement from Thrifty.
