thrifty ripped me off for 400 euros at the Larnaca airport depot.
they checked my car off hired it and returned my deposit...but when the dropped us back at the airport they said there was a chip on the windscreen and took all my family back to the depot until I paid 400euros for a stone chip on the windscreen or they would keep us there until we missed our flights,..DO NOT USE THRIFTY THEY ARE NO BETTER THAN STREET MUGGERS,,,,WE WAS RIPPED OFF,, NEVER AGAIN

VERY SORRY TO HEAR THAT BUT IT WASNT A SMALL STONE CHIP IT WAS A BIG ONE WHO ACTUALLY TURN TO A CRACK AFTERWARDS AND TO REPLACE SUCH A SCREEN IT COST US 500 EURO AND THE CAR WAS OUT OF RENT FOR 2 DAYS SO THE CHARGE OF 400 WAS REASONABLE.
